Shipping Policy
At Healed by the Sea, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably across the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time & Carrier
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, bank holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No minimum purchase required.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us immediately at info@healedbythesea.com. After this 30-minute window, your order will enter processing and cannot be cancelled. No exceptions can be made once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe places around your property. Royal Mail may also leave a notice card if delivery was attempted. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us within 7 days at info@healedbythesea.com and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@healedbythesea.com. We will work with Royal Mail to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Healed by the Sea is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply if a new shipment is required.
PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses
We deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses within the UK via Royal Mail.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping to other regions in the future.
