At Healed by the Sea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be accepted for a return.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@healedbythesea.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and bundled promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@healedbythesea.com within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
